I visited with another lawyer before meeting David and my wife and I lacked confidence in his approach, a sort of wait and see approach, I then received David’s contact information from a friend of a friend and arranged a meeting, when we met David he had already contacted the DA in the case, not “wait and see” but proactive, he is a strategist, he gives it to you straight but always has a couple of wild cards in his pocket when it comes to dealing with the prosecutor or DA, his goal is to get whatever it is that they’re offering, reduced, or even dismissed, he even looks down the long road as in my case, which is to get the case expunged, a year later!
